8-Channel Power Sequencer
Introduction:
1) When the audio system does not turn on the devices in the normal order, the system may amplify the introduced noise signal at the moment of power on, resulting in a strong whistling sound. In severe cases, it may damage the rear amplifier or speakers;
2) When a large number of electrical equipment such as cabinets are powered on simultaneously, a strong instantaneous surge current will be generated due to the superposition effect of current, which will seriously threaten the safety of electrical equipment and may even damage it in severe cases.
Functional characteristics of power sequencer:
1) Three working modes can be set: master mode (cascaded master), slave mode (cascaded slave), and single control central control mode
2) 8-channel sequential power output;
3) Timing switch, used to control the sequential "positive sequence" on and "reverse sequence" off of 8 timing power supplies, with a timing interval of 1 second for each circuit;
4) 8 single control buttons, which can manually control the on and off of each timing output power supply;
5) Equipped with three-phase AC voltage display function, it can display the current AC voltage value of each phase of power supply, facilitating real-time monitoring of the current working voltage;
6) This device supports three-phase five wire power input, with a total input current of: 32A x 3=96A
7) 8 audio power output sockets, with a maximum working current of 10A per channel (not exceeding this maximum value);
8) Configuring overcurrent protection air switches can provide real-time power-off protection for circuit overload or short circuit faults, preventing electrical equipment from burning out and avoiding accidents such as fires caused by overheating of the circuit;
9) Applied to centralized power management and control of devices, its standard cabinet installation characteristics are more suitable for large-scale power management and control needs;
10) Equipped with the function of keeping the lock switch, it is used to lock the current switch status and prevent the equipment from being powered off due to misoperation during operation;
11) Multiple cascaded devices can be implemented, making it easy to expand into more sequential power output channels;
12) The timing switch, switch indicator light, and lock switch can be externally controlled according to the connection method provided in the manual, and the control switch can be installed in other convenient places;
13) Equipped with remote central control triggering mode, it can send instructions through the RS485 port to remotely control the operation of the timing device.
