4Way Hanging RDM Signal Distributor

Brief Introduction

          RDM8402J is a RDM-DMX512 signal distributor product with built-in international standard RDM (Remote Device Management) lighting protocol for two-way communication. It offer the way of  two-way communication for RDM, sharp and amplify RDM and DMX data also can expand input signals into multiple outputs. So that it strength the transmit distance of signal, increase the number of fixtures that can be connected to the controller, guarantee the stability of signal.

           RDM8402J offer independent power supply for each port. Adopt photoelectric isolation technology for each signal port to let each port no electrical connection exists between the ports, and each pin of each port is equipped with a surge high voltage absorption and protection circuit. Therefore, the crosstalk between high-voltage pulses in the network is effectively blocked, the high-voltage pulses are suppressed, and the security of devices in the network and the reliability of communication are guaranteed.

RDM8402J is suitable for：

1）Achieve long distance transmission of  RDM-DMX512 signal；

2）Expand the number of fixtures；

3）Need to strength signal,and filter out signal interference；

4）The signal ports need to be electrically isolated from each other；

5）Need to implement the RDM console to remotely set parameters or read parameter applications of RDM lamps (such as: setting lamp address, reading lamp library, etc.)；

• Adopt the international common DMX512-RDM two way communication protocol, which allows your console equipment to easily read and set the lamp parameters at a distance (such as: set the lamp address, read the lamp library parameters, find the lamp and so on), and also allows your console equipment to drive more lighting equipment.
